Pearson Laneway Home

The Pearson Laneway Project represents one of the first major jobs completed in Toronto by Aunt Benny Design (now AB+ZU). Together with Laneway Custom Build and Solares Architecture the Pearson Laneway Home is a modern addition to the Roncesvalles home owners’ property.

The two story home features large windows with an abundance of natural light. The ground level is divided with a single car garage. Additionally on the ground floor is the large walk-in kitchen. It features wall to wall storage. The cabinetry fronts are from Reform Denmark while the counter tops are HanStone.

The floors on the main level are polished concrete while the 2nd level uses engineered wood. There are two bedrooms and two washrooms and the 2nd upstairs washroom features a curb-less walk-in shower. The house features smart storage solutions for such small living footprint.

Laneway Homes are great way to help with Toronto’s housing crunch, assist multi generational families and of course in helping home-owners stabilise their income.
